3 Months and Still Growing

Everyday Tom and I are amazed at the little girl, Emily, is growing to be. She is so full of personality that you wonder what the next day will hold. Emily is one of the happiest babies I have ever known. Even when she is crying because she has an empty tummy we can still get her to laugh. She enjoys talking and telling stories. Her best facial expressions come from her eyebrows. You can guess what's running through her mind just by her eyebrows. Emily loves holding things especially her Minnie Mouse. We try giving her other things to play with, but she just pushes them away. She recently discovered her feet and will stare at her feet while they move around. The day I thought I would never see is Emily on a sleep schedule. She has successfully put herself on a schedule for the past 2 weeks now. She goes to sleep at 8pm and doesn't wake up till 4:30am to eat followed by going back to sleep after feeding; wow what a great gift to me! I love that her eyes are a beautiful blue still, fingers crossed they stay that way. Everyday continues to be a special treat with our sweet cupcake!

First visit with Santa and she didn't mind a bit

First experience with snow and she LOVED it. She even got to make a baby snow angel :)

Our 3rd annual trip to see the lights at Temple Square in Salt Lake City. Every year since Tom and I have been married we take the train to go to Temple Square. Emily was an excellent traveler on the train and slept the whole way up. Emily absolutely enjoyed seeing all of the Christmas lights. Her eyes would open extra wide for the red lights.
